it was late night on thursday.
you lumbered into the train with two huge bags of trash.
you had no shoes on and smelled like a toilet.
we exchanged looks. you gave me a toothless smile
as you peed your pants. it was so cute.
everyone else left the train car but i stayed, pretending to read
a book (i cant really read).
unfortunately i reached my stop before getting the courage to talk
